Description
Hinged pipe cutters are high-performance cutting tools engineered to provide efficient, spark-free cutting for a wide range of metal pipes. Built with four precision-aligned cutting wheels, these cutters are designed to slice through steel, stainless steel, cast iron, and ductile iron pipes using only 90° to 110° of handle rotation—making them ideal for confined and hard-to-access spaces.
Cutting Efficiency
Only 110 mm of clearance is required around the pipe, allowing the hinged cutter to operate effectively in tight installations such as mechanical rooms, trenches, and industrial facilities. Despite its compact design, the tool delivers powerful cutting performance with minimal effort.
The closed 360° frame is a key feature, focusing all cutting force evenly around the pipe. This ensures balanced, efficient, and accurate cuts, while the strong guide grips maintain perfect alignment for a square, professional finish. Cold Cut Technology
